Absolutely! Those of us used to 24/7, around the clock supermarkets and fast food as well as eating lunch and dinner out when you want, definitely will need to adjust.

For example, in France, if you want that "plat du jour" or even to be served for lunch, at your favorite local restaurant, you better get there between 12:00 and 13:30 to order or you may be out of luck!
