God, I loathe these types of guides!

I realize everyone has to make a living and that most tour guides on organized tours, as well as the companies they work for, make extra money through commissions like this. But it's almost like the guiding part is a secondary nuisance.

I'd rather arrange either for a private guide, pay them well and lay down the rules than to be shuttled around like that.
