I get what you mean about that paradox.

Comfort isn’t always the deciding factor when a place has that elusive "something."

It’s funny how we willingly sacrifice a little physical discomfort when the vibe and experience more than make up for it.

It makes me wonder if we're all just suckers for a good atmosphere, even if it means balancing a plate of food on our lap while crouched on a stool.

Maybe that’s part of the appeal, wine tastes better when you’ve earned it through a little struggle, right?
