I like how you describe that rare, almost unexpected sense of peace that comes when we let go of planning and just take in the moment.

There's something grounding about shifting from “traveler with a checklist” to simply “someone who wanders.”

It’s almost as if the truest version of ourselves shows up when we’re on unfamiliar ground, with no itinerary holding us back.
