It's true, while being cautious is important, overthinking every decision can lead to more stress than actual benefits.
As an American who has lived and worked in various countries in Europe for the past 25 years, I wish my fellow Americans back home would take the more relaxed attitude.
Especially toward things like coffee or food choices.
These can be a reminder to take a step back and enjoy life without constant worry.
The whole "Live to work, not work to live" American ethos has finally started to change. The pandemic was definitely a wake up call and impetus for that an hopefully the trend towards this attitude to life will continue to grow and become more mainstream.
