I liked reading about this reminder that sometimes it’s the simplest changes, like a shift in environment or routine, that can have the most profound effect on our mental health.

It’s easy to get stuck in the grind, but taking a step back and exploring new places or even just engaging with nature can bring that mental reset we desperately need.
