I lived and worked in Ukraine from 1998 to 2019. I remember when I first moved there the best you could hope for was a Turkish coffee or pay European prices for an espresso in one of the few posh coffee places dotted around the center, especially in the pasazh on Khreschiatic.

Times have certainly changed. I think the war and curfews must have influenced social life dramatically....

Just curious how many of those books are in Russian....
