I love this point! As writers, the words we choose are our way of painting a picture, creating an experience, or telling a story, and sometimes the fanciest words are just the right tools for the job.
It's frustrating that the same language that once demonstrated skill and thoughtfulness is now getting flagged as robotic.
The irony is that in striving to sound human, we’re being mistaken for machines!
