I really connected with your reflection on feeling both physically and spiritually drained after returning home.

It’s so true that travel isn’t always the endless high we might expect, especially after an extended journey.

Sometimes, that flat feeling sneaks up when we least expect it, as if our spirit is catching up with our body.
