If you're a frequent traveler, reviews are a tricky aspect, especially, negative ones. I rarely if ever give them. I either give a glowing review or none at all.

If it's a negative one, I never write it without sleeping on it for 1-2 days maybe longer.

Unless I was blatantly ripped off or knowingly wronged, then it's usually not worth it.
