It’s amazing to think of how deep their connection must have been for his brother to fill his home with Vincent’s works and even name his child after him.

That kind of dedication to family feels rare today.

Maybe it was a reflection of the times, or maybe it shows how much faith Vincent’s brother had in his potential, even when the world hadn’t caught on yet.

The impressionists of that time, art in general, was a fascinating one.

I'm not sure which were more interesting, the artists or their art.

Unfortunately most of them died broke.....
