It's crazy how something as personal as landing a job has become so robotic with ATS.

The fact that a system decides if you're even worth a look based on a few keywords feels like job hunting has become more of a coding exercise than an opportunity to showcase real skills and potential.

I wonder how many great candidates slip through the cracks because they didn't "speak" the right language for the bots.
