It's funny how certain foods can go from "unimaginable" to "ultra-trendy" in the right setting.

There’s something almost ironic about the humble pie becoming the latest must-have in Paris, especially among the fashionable crowd who would usually avoid it.

This shift says a lot about how context can shape our tastes, doesn’t it?

When foods are unfamiliar, they gain an exotic appeal that might even outweigh old stereotypes.

I guess pies are finally getting their well-deserved spot in the culinary limelight, though probably not how anyone expected.
