It's heartbreaking how often people can feel invisible in their struggles, even when surrounded by others.

That line as well as the others I've highlighted really encapsulateshow isolating mental illness can be, and the immense courage it takes just to reach out for help.

We often assume people will speak up when they need support, but it's clear that silence doesn't always mean someone is okay.
