It’s so easy to forget that interviews are a two-way street, especially when we feel pressure to land the job.

But recognizing that we're evaluating the company just as much as they're evaluating us empowers candidates to make better choices.

A company’s culture and how its employees handle small interactions, like asking for salary details too early or how they respond to simple questions, can be huge red flags.
