It's so interesting how stress isn't always tied to the level of actual danger but rather to our own internal expectations and the environments we're in.
It makes perfect sense that, even though policing involves life-or-death situations, the constant pressure of trying to meet customers' expectations, especially when so much feels beyond your control, can create a stress that's just as palpable, if not more.
