Me too, every day. It's a lot easier when you make it a daily habit that you can be consistent with. Consistency wins the marathon..
In fact, I do the same exercises,but only a fraction of what I used to do with the traditional split training. When spread out over the week it equates to the same amount of sets, but better recovery. And if I skip a day, usually due to some fatigue, it's ok, since technically its only 12% missed and not 50%.
Listening to my body, with half reps focusing only on the range of motion that creates the most time under tension for the particular muscle I'm working..
My results are better than anything I ever got from the overcomplicated routines from bodybuilding gurus. The whole mind/muscle connection. I also walk around 2 hours a day.
