de is called Imeruli Khachapuri, imeruli is local Georgian cheese. The one you see with… dish with cheese on top and inside is called Imeruli Khachapuri, imeruli is local Georgian cheese. The one you see with the egg is Adjarian Khachapuri which we found lighter and tastier.

My favorite, but I used to order it without the egg. That, some shasheek with adjika on the side and some Georgian Saperavi red wine.....mmmmmm....paradise on a table!
