The last time I used Priority Pass was in Tbilisi and it worked fine.

Though, that was a few years ago and many international flights there were between 2am-5am, so I had no problems.

Actually, I had just checked PP's website before writing this piece and found PP doesn't even have Tbilisi on its list anymore.

But, major hubs during peak times, sure getting PP access now is nearly impossible.

However, even with a business class ticket, if you're in a terminal that doesn't have a lounge, good luck changing terminals just for access, because I've heard even business class ticket holders get denied if they are in the wrong terminal...

Honestly, you're better off getting in a high-end, overpriced restaurant with comfortable seating, than getting a Priority Pass, although they do still work well in underserved airports...

But for me, with the amount of air travel I do right now and where I fly in and out of, they're just not worth it anymore...
