The way travel forces us out of our familiar spaces and routines has a unique way of refreshing our outlooks, something so many of us crave yet find hard to achieve in daily life.

There’s something about the mix of novelty and challenge in a foreign place that helps us not just escape but truly reset.

And the "healing" part is so relatable.

I think travel gifts us a space to process life with clarity, in ways we can't always access back home.
