This line hit me like a train (pun intended). It’s so true how we often paint ourselves as the helpless victims of the world’s chaos, when really, much of our own confinement comes from within.
Whether it's through our distractions, fears, or even the stories we tell ourselves.
The notion that we are both the creators and prisoners of our own reality is a sobering thought, but also empowering.
It’s a reminder that we have more agency than we give ourselves credit for.
