It’s not just the physical toll of war but the emotional and psychological burden of navigating these hardships while trying to support their families.

The fact that some women choose to stay despite everything speaks volumes about their resilience, but it also raises an important question about how long they can continue to endure under these conditions.

It’s heartbreaking to think about what future generations will carry with them from these experiences.

BTW, I lived and worked in Ukraine for 20 years and this is yet another heartbreaking story. There are just so many, too many, I can't even fathom. And these stories are just the ones I know of personally.
