This really cuts to the heart of the issue, doesn't it?.

It’s frustrating when businesses ride the wave of gentrification and try to sell themselves as being for the community without truly understanding or addressing the needs of that community.

It's especially problematic when they over-promise on affordability and inclusivity but fall short in practice.

Transparency and authenticity should always be prioritized if they want to gain trust and respect.
