This really highlights the delicate balance between nutrition and aging.

It's amazing how our bodies require more protein for muscle maintenance but simultaneously fewer calories overall.

It makes me think that nutrition for older adults should be re-evaluated more often than we think, especially in terms of quality versus quantity.
