This really hits it that "still fresh" topics are always the hardest to talk about.
It's like we’re wired to protect ourselves from judgment when we're in the middle of a messy situation, even though those are the moments when sharing could have the most impact.
I think there's something powerful about acknowledging that you’re still figuring things out, and maybe that's where the biggest growth happens, when we stop worrying about how polished we look and just let ourselves be human.
