This really nails it. It’s like we’re stuck in this never-ending cycle of trying to one-up each other on who’s got it harder or who’s hustling more, but at the end of the day, no one wins that game.

The prize is just more exhaustion.

And the irony? Even when we recognize how unproductive it is, most of us still feel like we can’t stop.

It’s like we’re programmed to think burnout is some weird badge of honor.

Maybe the real flex is figuring out how to slow down and redefine what “success” looks like in this chaos.
