Well done! As someone who lives overseas, no health insurance, pay cash when I have an issue (can count on one hand the number of times I’ve seen a doctor in the last 25 years) I'm jealous! All I can do is walk almost every day for 2 hours, daily resistance training, watch what I eat, plenty of good protein, vegetables, greens and some fruit, watch my waistline and weight (when I have access to a scale) and hope for the best. Or hold out till I'm eligible for Medicare (the American dilemma)....
