What a reminder that understanding doesn’t require agreement.

Your approach to seeing people as complex individuals rather than as representatives of their political beliefs is something we all could use more of.

We often forget that dignity and respect aren’t contingent on shared views, but rather on a shared humanity.

It’s easy to stay in our own echo chambers, but traveling through these “divided” areas shows that while we may disagree, we’re still neighbors in a shared journey.
