Write articles people want to read.

Read a lot of other writer's articles and leave meaningful comments, not just "interesting article" type of nonsense. But highlight what part of their article you connected with and a nice explanation why and give plenty of claps.

Do the above as much as you can and be patient and consistent.

That's it really, it's not rocket science.
